Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we are committed to making it right.
- The Exchange Process: In the event of shipping damage, Fakegoyard reserves the right to provide a replacement exchange as the primary resolution. We will ship you a brand-new watch of the same model at no additional cost to you.
- Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis only if a suitable replacement is unavailable.
7-Day Inspection Period
We offer a 7-day window for you to inspect your purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product (as confirmed by the tracking delivery date).
- Any requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for processing.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or refund:
- The product must be in its original, unworn condition.
- All original packaging, protective plastics, and tags must remain intact.
- You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage sustained during shipping.
